Really good Stay downtown
superb locationmodern roomexcellent staff
The location was superb. Close to everything I needed. My room was very clean. It also felt very modern with a vintage touch. The staff was excellent, and nothing seemed too much trouble for them.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. they offered a free room upgrade when they learned the trip celebrated a birthday! the location is perfect. I enjoyed a free welcome cocktail from the bar at browns boutique.
There was a slight smell from the toilets . This was due to heavy rain.

the front desk offered helpful tips for getting around. the hotel provided complimentary water and wine for a birthday, it was a thoughtful touch. staff booked a table at a local restaurant for us, i appreciated that. they also held our luggage after checkout.
The bathroom was small. Space felt limited.
